What Health Means to Me...

See what wellness means to our health coach, Lauren.

Trying New Things

Wellness means to me being able to pick up new activities with enthusiasm and no fear! I jump in with no expectations of how it will go, just eager to learn and have fun. I think this is the approach to tackling habit change too! Try, learn, grow and have fun!

Being as Close to My Food as Possible

The more time I spend in nature, the more I understand my body and it's needs. Nature rules and understanding the connectivity between human health and our world's health made eating well much simpler to understand.

Challenging Myself to Do More Than I Think I Can

Once I started living in the present, I noticed so many barriers come down and I was able to accomplish things I didn't think were possible before. Removing the fear of what could happen or reliving what has already happened, allowed me the space to function much higher and allow my body to heal.

Enjoying life!

Health is the foundation to enjoying your best life. I found when my health was wavering, so much of my mental and physical energy was consumed and taken away from me pursuing the greater joys in my life. With restored health I can perform better at work, invest more time in my relationships, and experience so much more.
