Foundation Program Details

Join us for our 6-week foundation program. We are looking for people who are feeling overwhelmed by their health and want to do everything they can to improve it. Accomplish optimal health by  building a strong foundation that integrates food, focus, and fitness.  You will be taught tools to implement what you learn during our group classes and have accountability and support from our health coach each week.


  • October 29-December 17
    *orientation meetings will happen the week leading up to this (10/22-10/29)*
    NO CLASS 10/31, 11/26-11/28

Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 pm.  Some classes last for 90 minutes.

If you cannot make every week, we have the option for you to Zoom in virtually.
