Working with a Wellness Physician

Feel heard and supported by our wellness physician. Instead of quick 15-minutes appointments leaving you with a vague idea of what's wrong and a prescription, get a thorough understanding of what's going on in your body, what you have control over in supporting the body's ability to heal and a custom lifestyle prescription. Your wellness physician will play an active role with you and the TLC team.

Health Coaching

We equip you with what to do, how to do it and coaching is the icing on the cake. It's the behavior change part. The part where you say, "Well, I know what to do...I just don't do it." Frequently working with your health coach draws out your motivation and helps you create weekly action plans that work for your life. We are with you each step of the way.

Start using your mind as a tool

What if we told you the missing piece to this wellness puzzle isn't so hard to achieve? Our meditation techniques are simple to integrate even for our participants who swear they can't slow down. We encourage all of our members to participate in our Meditation Weekend Workshop. This is where we teach our most robust tool that truly brings everything together. Best part about it? You can bring family and friends who aren't members! During our membership you will be supported in tackling this whole "mindfulness" thing.
